Feeder Chains Engineered for Your Combine

Our feeder chains provide the best fit and highest quality construction in the industry. Replace your chains less often and achieve faster, more efficient harvests — all while reducing failure and preventing costly downtime.

Factory Assembled:

For longer service life and easy installation, our feeder chains come pre-assembled with consistent, factory-grade torque throughout their assemblies. Competitor chains may not come pre-assembled and may suffer from inconsistent torque due to mismatched hardware.

Rolled Serrations:

Our feeder chains are designed with serrations that are rolled into slats, not cut with lasers. That’s because laser cutting creates stress points in the slats, giving them much lower tensile strength. Weaker slats impair the performance and service life of feeder chains by causing uneven movement and bending.

E-coated Slats:

We coat our slats with a process that uses electrical currents to ensure smooth surfaces free of clumps. Competitor chains may have clumpy, uneven surfaces that lead to inconsistent torque and reduced service life.

Secure Pins:

Pins are key to holding chains together. Without proper tension, feeder chains may jump off the gear and break, sending a cascade of harmful metal parts deep into your combine. Our pins handle your tough conditions. The competition? Independent tests show that their chains jump off the gear with half as much effort.

Maintenance Tips for Elevator Chains

Elevator chains are crucial components of your combine, contributing directly to the success of your harvest. That’s why our chains exceed the usual DIN and ISO standards. We select them for high tensile strength and excellent wear resistance to support heavier loads and higher speeds.

For reliable performance — and to avoid potential damage — check your elevator chains for tension and wear, especially before harvest season or when switching crops mid-season. A chain with proper tension should slide back and forth. Because chains stretch after use, routine adjustments or replacements may be necessary if you see excess slack. If the chain doesn’t move easily, you may need to loosen it.
