Factory Assembled:
For longer service life and easy installation, our feeder chains come pre-assembled with consistent, factory-grade torque throughout their assemblies. Competitor chains may not come pre-assembled and may suffer from inconsistent torque due to mismatched hardware.
Rolled Serrations:
Our feeder chains are designed with serrations that are rolled into slats, not cut with lasers. That’s because laser cutting creates stress points in the slats, giving them much lower tensile strength. Weaker slats impair the performance and service life of feeder chains by causing uneven movement and bending.

A chain with proper tension should slide back and forth. Because chains stretch after use, routine adjustments or replacements may be necessary if you see excess slack. If the chain doesn’t move easily, you may need to loosen it.
