Available as a field-installed option, the TerraFlex™ torsion block tension can be controlled from inside the comfort of the cab without sacrificing speed or crop cut quality.
The ability to adjust cutterbar tension is crucial to maximize header efficiency for different crops and ground conditions. For muddy or mellow soil, prevent the cutterbard from pushing soil by relaxing the cutterbar pressure. For hard-packed soil conditions, simply increase the pressure. The low friction design of the TerraFlex™ suspension system ensures consistent pressure, minimizing the need for adjustment.
